FOUR minors remain
confined at the Department of Youth Affairs after they were arrested by

17, are alleged to have broken into several homes in the Toto Gardens
with the intent to touch the sleeping homeowners sexually.
The minors also touched a sleeping man, thinking he was a female.
One of the minors was apprehended and questioned. This led to the
arrest of the three other boys, Guzman said.
Guzman also told Variety that at times, the minors would open windows
and reach in to touch their sleeping victims.
