Airai State is holding sports competition, singing contest and other related activities during the Youth Day on March 15 at the Yelch Baseball Field.
The day-long event will start with a walkathon at 5:30 a.m. from Airai Side of the KB Bridge to the main venue.
The opening ceremonies will begin at 8 a.m. followed by track and field events such as 4 x 100m relays, 100m and 200m sprints.
A softball tournament start at 10 a.m. while a wrestling and weightlifting demonstration is scheduled at 12 noon.
The solo music contest will be held at 12:30 p.m. to be followed by the volleyball games.
Then at 5 p.m., a tug-of-war as well as the championship game for the softball tournament will spice up the day before the awarding ceremonies at 7:30 p.m.
