TEAM Hard Corps ruled the monthly Gatorade 5-Man Pro Jam Paintball Tournament sweeping Team Mountain Dew in their best-of-three title series last Sunday at the Hard Corps Paintball in Gualo Rai.
Team Hard Corps and Team Mountain Dew advanced to the finals after getting the top two places in the double-round preliminaries.
The eventual winner finished the elimination round with 294 points, Mountain Dew earned 208 and Speedy Tertle settled for third with 198 points.
Game 1 of the best-of-three games series ended after five minutes and seven seconds with Team Hard Corps having two players left standing.

Team Hard Corps took home the $500 top purse and a trophy, while team Mountain Dew received a Vents Avatar paintball mask. Speedy Tertle got a Viewloader Quantum motorized loader.
Aside from the team competition, Hard Corps also held a one-on-one challenge with seven players participating.
Jessie Dubrall, Kenny Mills, Sasha and Nom Vekhom, Jack Cepeda, Jude Dickenson and Ellis Miller accepted the challenge, which required players to start back to back in the center of the field and race to their end zones before aiming at one another.
Miller was the last man left standing after the one-on-one challenge.
