THE Attorney Generals
Office yesterday filed two separate rape cases against two teens for allegedly
molesting two minors.
Jarrett Cruz Pangelinan, 16, was charged with two counts of first-degree
criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony, two counts of second-degree
criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony, child abuse as a misdemeanor,
and harassment as a petty misdemeanor.
A 13-year-old girl told her aunt and uncle that she was raped by Pangelinan
on March 20, 2007, and police arrested him.
According to the magistrate complaint made by Assistant Attorney General
Clyde Lemons, Pangelinan was with the girl and another minor watching
television at her uncles house in Dededo. The girl fell asleep.
She said she woke up when Pangelinan began rubbing his private part against
her buttocks and raped her.
The victim said when a car drove up, Pangelinan got up and ran out the
house.
Another minor filed a complaint with the Guam Police Department against
Edward Anthony Toves Quintanilla after he molested her sexually.
