Rev & Tax advisory

THE Division of Revenue and Taxation informs all CNMI residents that the 2006 Individual Income Tax Return forms and instructions are ready for distribution.
Distribution began on Thursday, March 22, at the office of the Division of Revenue and Taxation at the Dandan Commercial Center.
On Monday, March 26, distribution continued at regular hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
These forms and instructions are also available on the Department of Finance Web site at www.dof.gov.mp.
The deadline for tax filing of the 2006 Individual Income Tax Return is Tuesday, April 17, at Rev and Tax.
The deadline hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

GES fundraiser

(GES) — The Garapan Elementary School Parent-Teacher Association informs the community that the fundraising for Little Mr./Miss Mallard 2007 has been extended to the end of March.
This will be a spring celebration that will be held on school grounds on Friday, March 30, from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Everyone is invited. There will be many events taking place on this evening including entertainment, variety of food, rummage sales, games, along with the coronation of Little Mr./Miss Mallard 2007 and an exciting display of fireworks.

Public meeting on zoning plan

THE Commonwealth Zoning Board and the Kagman Komunidat Association are inviting the residents of Kagman to attend a meeting to be held at Kagman Elementary School today, March 27, at 6 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to get feedback from the public on the zoning proposals made by the zoning board.
Kagman residents are urged to attend the meeting and be prepared to provide questions, comments, or concerns regarding the zoning laws to be implemented for their village.
The zoning board will use the feedback to update the Saipan comprehensive land use plan and zoning law.
