Variety News Staff

GUAM Police Department officers arrested a 50-year-old man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 10-month-old boy.
John Blas Flores, of Toto, was arrested for criminal sexual conduct.
GPD public information officer Allan Guzman told Variety that the infant’s mother had asked her sister to watch the boy. The mother’s sister then had asked Flores to watch the infant.
When she heard the infant crying, she ran into the room where the boy was, only to find that Flores was committing a sexual act on the boy. Flores was booked and confined.
Mother and child assaulted
A woman carrying her one-year-old child was struck by a man.
According to Guzman, Michael Rabun Katsuta, 43, of Yigo, struck the woman and ended up also striking the child.
Katsuta was charged with assault and family violence. He was booked and confined.
Robber arrested
A concerned citizen in the Harmon Loop area reported on Monday morning a “suspicious vehicle” circling the area.
Police located the red sedan and eventually arrested Jonathan Torres Tedtaotao, 35, of Dededo.
Tedtaotao, according to Guzman, was arrested for criminal trespass.
“Investigations revealed that the suspect has a history of arrests, but he was never prosecuted,” Guzman said. “He has two old burglary cases; one dating back to 2004 and another in 2005. One was in MongMong and the other in Yigo.”
