Variety News Staff

ANOTHER armed robbery occurred at another poker establishment in Chalan Kanoa, and a security guard was hurt during a struggle with the three suspects.
Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Lei Ogumoro said Fam Li, 46, a security guard at Smile Poker, was struck in the head with a baseball bat.
But the security guard refused to seek medical attention, saying his injuries were not that serious.
A preliminary investigation determined that three unidentified men entered Smile Poker early Tuesday morning.
The suspects were armed with a knife and a baseball bat.
The guard tried to block the suspects and struggled with two of them who struck him on the head with the bat.
The other suspect managed to gain entrance to the cashier’s booth and grabbed the cash drawer containing $5,567.
DPS said the cashier, Song Jin Li, 35, was not injured and the incident was reported to the police at 5:31 am.
The incident is the third armed robbery that has occurred since Thursday of last week.
DPS is still investigating the armed robberies that occurred at Crown Poker in Chalan Kanoa on Thursday and DK Poker in Koblerville on Monday.
Three persons were hurt in those robberies.
The suspects at Crown Poker were armed with a baseball bat, a taser and knife and wore masks. They stole $1,058 in cash from that poker establishment.
One of the two suspects at DK Poker held the cashier at knife point. One of the suspects was wearing a mask.
