OES registration

(OES) — Oleai Elementary School announces that the registration for all incoming kindergarten for school year 2007-2008 will be from April 10 to April 30. Students entering kindergarten must be born between Sept. 1, 2001 to Aug. 31, 2002.
For new first grade and transfer-in students (Grades 1st to 6th) registration will be on June to July 2007.
Documents required for registration are as follows:
• Birth certificate (from the court)
• School entrance health certificate (updated)
• Current school accident/health insurance coverage/Medicaid card (updated)
• Residency map
• Legal adoption/guardianship documents (if applicable)
• Valid CNMI entry permit (if applicable)
• Transfer-in/withdrawal forms and report card from previous school for transfer-in students.
Oleai Elementary School zone covers the areas bounded by south of Naked Fish Restaurant on Beach Road, Gualo Rai, Chalan Laulau, Chalan Kiya golf course, bottom of as Terlaje Hill, North of Island Market to Falughula and San Jose/Oleai.
