THE Guam Police Department arrested a 19-year-old Yigo resident for allegedly sexually assaulting and harboring two minors.
Criminal Investigation Section officers arrested and charged Jeffrey Macaraig Lumba with third-degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts each of guilt established by complicity, criminal facilitation, custodial interference, hindering apprehension, and jurisdiction over an adult. He was booked and confined on Tuesday.
The girls, aged 15 and 16, were last seen on March 4 or over three weeks ago. Police located the girls at a Yigo residence late Tuesday evening.
The teens were earlier listed as missing but Guzman said they were actually reported as “beyond control.”
The two minors are now in the custody of the Department of Youth Affairs.
