to two unsolved, drug-related murder cases.
DPS is still investigating the deaths of Bao Ying Chen, 41, and Manuel
Camacho Arriola, 46.
Bao Ying Chen was found dead on Nov, 23, 2006 at Laolao Beach while Arriola
died due to gunshot wounds in the leg in 1995.

A reward of up to $1,000 will be given for any information leading to
the arrest of the responsible individuals.
The body of Bao Ying Chen was found by two fishermen near the shoreline
of a beach on Nov. 23, 2006. She was reported missing by her husband.
The husband told police officers that he last saw his wife alive on the
night of Nov. 22, when she left their residence.
DPS confirmed that there was foul play involved in the death of Bao Ying
Chen and an autopsy report indicated that she died of asphyxiation. The
cause of death was drowning.
Arriola was murdered on Sept. 3, 1995.
He was a community sanitation services employee at the Commonwealth Health
Center.
DPS stated that on Sept. 3, 1995, at 10:53 p.m., police received a call
about a shooting incident that occurred in the Agag-Denni area on Saipan.
Arriola was last seen at the residence of Manuel Santos Aguon, also known
as Kosai, at 8:30 p.m.
The victim was later seen driving his government vehicle away from Kosais
house at high speed.
At 10:30 p.m., Arriolas vehicle was found parked at the water pump
station in the Agag-Denni area.
Arriola was shot but managed to escape. He reached a nearby residence
where he sought assistance.
Police were notified and Arriola was rushed to CHC for treatment but later
died due to multiple gunshot wounds to the leg.
