I WOULD like to commend DLNR and Secretary Ignacio Dela Cruz for an initiative that was long overdue. A public animal clinic with reasonable prices will encourage more people to get more animals treated, and that is good for the island of Saipan. People who might be reluctant to take their animals for treatment because of the higher prices of a private veterinarian will now have a more economical alternative. DLNR is performing a good public service.
