4 charged in separate cases

FOUR men were charged by the Attorney General’s Office in separate cases including the illegal carrying of a firearm and domestic violence.
John Taisacan Rebuenog, 27, Diego Somorang Kileleman, 44; Wilfredo A. Imperial, 25 and Jin An Wei, 44 were named as defendants by the AGO.
Rebuenog of Chalan Laulau was charged with one count of illegal carrying of a firearm and one count of disturbing the peace.
Acting Chief Prosecutor Mike Nisperos stated in the information filed in court that Rebuenog, on Oct. 7, 2006, carried a gun while under the influence of alcohol.
Rebuenog “did unlawfully and willfully commit an act which unreasonably annoyed or disturbed the peace of Luis Saralu Iguel, depriving him of his right to peace and quiet.”
Kileleman of Chinatown was charged with assault and battery and assault for beating up his common-law wife.
The information stated that Kileleman on Oct. 29, 2006, pulled the victim’s arm behind her back and threatened to physically harm her with a fishing sling and a hammer.
Imperial of Koblerville was charged with assault and battery and criminal mischief and interfering with a domestic violence report for beating up his mother.
The information stated that Imperial on Jan. 8, 2007 punched the victim and damaged a phone line.
Imperial also interfered when the victim tried to call for assistance.
Jin An Wei of As Lito was charged with assault and battery for punching his girlfriend on Jan. 10, 2007.
The four defendants were all summoned to appear in court on May 21 at 9 a.m. to face the charges.
