Request letter

I AM hereby requesting under Public Law 15-19, the OPEN Government Act, certain information from CUC.
Consumers, taxpayers, voters need an answer to your justifications of your outrageous utility rates. Mr. Guerrero, your monopolized corporation continues to address our community to conserve power. How much of conservation is needed? We are practically shifted back to 1975 Trust Territory time. Your corporation should be concentrating on a justified explanation as to why our people the taxpayers, voters, community and business community are shouldering your problems and cover-ups with the government and your corporation. CUC should also be concentrating on the government leaving utilities ON after closing hours, austerities, holidays and weekends 24/7 and why they are not disconnected if past due. There should be a law including fines to any government agencies found leaving utilities on when not in use. I do not have the pleasure knowing that our governor has his A/C “ON” 24/7 while we conserve and get disconnected.
We the Taotao Tano appreciate your prompt response to our request for the following:
• List of all government, autonomous and affiliated agencies with current and past due utility bills.
• Last payments made by the government on utility usage and at what electrical rates.
• Last subsidy from the government
