Road rage
Police arrested a Dededo man because of road rage. Mypazz Raphael, 25,
was charged with reckless driving, reckless conduct, and not having a
drivers license.
According to Guzman, a 44-year-old woman was driving a Mitsubishi Montero
with her 8-year-old daughter in the back seat south on Route 3 in Dededo
when the incident happened.
Both Raphael and the woman were traveling south at 2:50 p.m. Saturday
when the woman switched lanes, cutting Raphael off. Raphael told police
that it was at that point that he had lost control of his red Chevrolet
Aveo, hitting a curb.
Raphael recovered from hitting the curb and followed the Montero, striking
it several times and causing it to flip several times.
The woman remained at the Guam Memorial Hospital in stable condition,
while her daughter was discharged.
