THE Superior Court of Guam
held a magistrate hearing on Monday that charged a 19-year-old for allegedly
stealing a generator and a mountain bike from a Dededo home on Saturday.
The magistrate documents signed by Assistant Attorney General Christopher
O. Shea stated that Jimmery Henry faces charges of criminal trespass as
a misdemeanor and theft as a misdemeanor.
The homeowner noticed that the items were missing when they had returned
home from a church service. The mountain bike is valued at $200.
The next day, on May 6, a GPD officer noticed Henry riding the yellow
and black bicycle and who, upon seeing the officer, quickly went to the
rear of the Micro Club, dropped the bicycle, and went into a jungle area,
the documents read.
Henry then walked out of the jungle area, told police that he didnt
know why he went into the jungle, and denied having a bicycle at all until
the officer saw him riding on it.
He then told police that he didnt know who owned the bicycle and
that it was given to him the day before.
When police took him to the police station, Henry acknowledged
taking the bicycle from the garage of an unknown house and
put the bicycle into a jungle area.
