The Palau Mobile Corporation said that it is " indeed a legitimate company in Palau and operates within the bounds of law set before us."
PMC was earlier under fire for an alleged violation of its Foreign Investment Approval Certificate by reportedly providing services not covered by their certificate.
Palau Telecoms and Palau National Communications Corporation have lodged complaints against PMC before the Foreign Investment Board.
In a statement however, PMC said that FIB has recently cleared the company from any alleged illegal activities.
"We will never jeopardize our long standing untarnished reputation in the telecommunication industry and we will continue to protect the untarnished reputation in the telecommunication industry and we will continue to protect the trust and confidence of the people of this republic," the statement said.
PMC said it has been attempting to collaborate with PNCC for possible business cooperation and have even took the initiative to invite the PNCC board members to Taiwan to see the state-of-the-art-facilities of PMC.
PMC said that PMC is a "large-scale business in Taiwan and is equipped with a strong and advanced technological backbone that can assure quality service to its customers."
The statement said that PMC has signed cooperation contracts with nearly 75 mobile operators globally and commercially and launched its roaming services with 22 major mobile operators which cover countries like United States, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysaia, Russia, Philippines and Singapore.
He said that aside from establishing a telecommunication company in Palau, PMC has also been helping the country obtain international exposure through attendance of exhibits and international congress.
PMC said the company also invites about 300 tourists every year to Palau.
"PMC will continue what it had already started and will invest more money, time and effort in keeping up with our promise of creating a modern telecom infrastructure in Palau for its people to enjoy advanced, high-tech and low-cost communication telecommunication service," the statement said.
