THANKS for relating the story regarding the bridge between us — but I can’t take credit for having those engineers do the calculation. The story is absolutely true — and the bridge is absolutely possible — and the only question was: “Who pays?” But it was another gentleman, a resident of Tinian and a good friend of mine, who actually put the question to them while on a tour of the north end. So why not?
