THE Guam Police Department will be conducting random checks to ensure that motorists have updated vehicle documents in their vehicle.
GPD public information officer Allan Guzman told Variety that GPD Highway Patrol officers will be in full force all day today and will have zero tolerance for traffic violators.
“Officers will be looking for anyone not wearing their seatbelt, speeding, or if they have the proper documents in their vehicle,” he said.
