Saipan tales

ALLEGEDLY:
Four of Kagman’s kids wandered into the village store.
They demanded snacks and drinks “on the cuff.”
The owner refused so they murdered him.
They then began raping his wife.
She escaped from the scene of murder and rape and fled down the street screaming and pleading for help.
The young lads then leapt into a vehicle and ran her down.
She did not expire immediately, so they ran over her again.
Kagman’s Catholic community, sitting on their green picnic tables, sipping their diet sodas and beers, turned a blind eye.
Every person over the age of 15 living in Kagman knew who the criminals were.
Not a single one came forward.
The police chief and his underlings, many of whom had relatives in Kagman, never arrested any of the four.
Every community has good people and bad people.
On Saipan, the good people ignore their conscience when their evil kith and kin visit “abhorrence” on foreign nationals.
Understand that this was not considered a REAL crime by the citizens of Saipan because the victims were “only Chinese.”
Welcome to the islands mon.
