SDA Health Expo on Tinian serves 114 people

THE Tinian Health Expo held on Sunday by the Seventh-day Adventist Dental Clinic was successful, serving 114 individuals, according to event coordinator and Tinian SDA Church Pastor Paulo Restauro Jr.

“This is a yearly event that offers the community free health services,” he added.

Those services included dental screening and procedures, eye screening, flu shots, along with blood-sugar and blood-pressure checks.

The Health Expo was held in the Tinian gymnasium.

The health screening was held at the Tinian gymnasium, and the participating organizations included the Tinian and Saipan Seventh-day Adventist churches, Saipan SDA Dental Clinic, the Hardt Eye Clinic and the Tinian Health Clinic Immunization Program.

Restauro said they are grateful to the Saipan SDA Dental Clinic and its volunteers, Dr. Ken Pierson, Dr. Claudia Moncada, Dr. Kim Mung, and Solomon Iyesusab.

He also thanked Hardt Eye Clinic and its optician Eric Mahinay as well as the Saipan SDA Central Church and its volunteers led by Ray Aldan, Kristopher Akenberger, Scott Sutton, Sabrina Forster, Doria Bradley.
