Registration ongoing for NMC’s Spring Semester

(NMC) — Northern Marianas College is reminding those interested in advancing their education or professional career that registration for the college’s Spring Semester, which begins in January, is currently ongoing until January 12, 2017.

Those who have not applied for admission can do so by submitting an admissions application by December 31, 2017. Applications for admission and other forms may be picked up at NMC’s Office of Admissions & Records located in Building N at the NMC As Terlaje campus, or may be downloaded from

Supporting documents (i.e. transcripts from institutions previously attended, health evaluation form, and copy of a valid photo I.D.) must be turned in within 60 calendar days of submitting the admission application.

New students are required to take the math and English placement tests; the placement test dates are listed at New and readmitted students must also attend a student orientation in order to register for courses. Note other important dates below:

Northern Marianas College offers several degree and certificate programs, including a bachelor of science degree in education (emphasis in elementary education, early childhood education, special education, or rehabilitation and human services), bachelor of science degree in business management; associate degrees business administration (emphasis in accounting, business management, or computer applications), liberal arts (emphasis in education, health and physical education, and social work), nursing, natural resources management, criminal justice, and hospitality management.
