Waitress wins ‘Paskong Pinoy’ game of fortune

LIBERTY Nieva, a waitress at a local restaurant, won the game of fortune on Sunday night during the “Paskong Pinoy” celebration of the United Filipino Organization at Marianas Business Plaza.

Nieva went home with $500, a food warmer and a snack pack.

Participants had to buy a raffle ticket which cost $1. Nieva said she bought nine tickets.

Presenting the cash prize to Nieva was LBC manager Val Gatchalian.

UFO president Marlon Regaton thanked their sponsors, donors, UFO officers and members, volunteers, vendors, performers, and members of the community for another joyous celebration of the holiday season.

IT&E and LBC Saipan were the two major sponsors of this year’s events.
