19 World Resort interns complete NMC’s English language course

(NMC) — Northern Marianas College’s Community Development Institute recently presented certificates of completion to a total of 19 World Resort interns who successfully completed 24 hours of training during their English Language Development Course at NMC.

During the course students discussed their daily routines and responsibilities while working in the hotel. They were asked to describe personal experiences while carrying out their duties and to demonstrate an appropriate level of understanding while communicating with an English-speaking guest.

“We are glad to collaborate with Saipan World Resort again to provide training activities that help expand the language skills of their staff,” said NMC interim President Frankie Eliptico.
