Quichocho, 41, and Pinaula, 51, appeared in an arraignment on Oct. 25, 2019 before Superior Court Presiding Judge Roberto C. Naraja.

A private counsel will be appointed to represent Pinaula while the Public Defender’s Office was appointed to represent Quichocho. Assistant Attorney General J. Robert Glass Jr. appeared for the government.

Judge Naraja found the two defendants indigent and eligible for court-appointed attorneys. He continued the arraignment to Nov. 29 at 9 a.m.

The government charged the two with one count each of burglary, accusing them of entering the home of another man for the purpose of committing theft on June 22, 2019 on Rota.
