Over $50K worth of prizes at stake at 18th Club at the Hyatt Golf Classic

FABULOUS prizes are at stake for hole-in-one winners and lucky ticket holders in the raffle draws at the 18th Club at the Hyatt Golf Classic which will be held at Lao Lao Bay Golf Resort on Friday, Nov. 15.

Hyatt marketing communications assistant manager Luis Villagomez said all proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation and other nonprofit organizations.

Triple J Motors

Triple J Company has donated a 2014 Hyundai Tucson as one of the hole-in-one prizes for this year’s Club at the Hyatt Golf Classic. Triple J has been a consistent supporter of the Club at the Hyatt Golf Classic through the years.

Hyatt Regency Saipan general manager Nick K. Nishikawa said Triple J shows full commitment to the golf classic and the causes it serves and “we are grateful for the strong support they receive from them every year.”

Joeten Motors

Joeten Motors has donated a 2014 Ford Fiesta for Hole-in-One winners in the golf tournament.

“Joeten Motors is happy to support the Club at the Hyatt Golf Classic and we look forward to a great tournament again this year,” Joeten Motors general manager Matt Deets said.

Nishikawa said the Hyatt is grateful to this generous support from Joeten Motors.

Bank of Hawaii

Another Hole-in-One prize at stake is $10,000 cash donated by Bank of Hawaii. Nishikawa said that with this level of dedication and commitment toward this cause from the event partners and players, Hyatt is even more enthused to invite players to join the event and the causes it represents.

“The hotel wants to send its special thanks and deepest gratitude to the leadership of Bank of Hawaii for the generous contributions toward the 18th Club at the Hyatt Golf Classic,” Nishikawa said.

Delta Air Lines

Delta Air Lines is giving away an Explore Japan Package with Hyatt Hotels in Japan for another lucky Hole-in-One winner.

Delta Air Lines’ sales account executive Chris Concepcion said Delta Air Lines has been a strong supporter of the golf classic’s efforts to grant wishes to children diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Delta Air Lines’ travel package includes flights to Tokyo for two with luxury hotel accommodations in Hyatt Hotels in Japan such as the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, Hyatt Regency Tokyo, Hyatt Regency Osaka and a sumptuous meal at Roppongi Hills Club.

Top Development Inc.

For the first time, a Discover Shanghai travel package courtesy of Top Development Inc. and Hyatt Hotels in Shanghai, China is up for grabs in the raffle draws.

The package includes stays in Hyatt on the Bund, Grand Hyatt Shanghai, Park Hyatt Shanghai and Andaz Shanghai. Alongside the luxury Hyatt accommodations, the travel package include flights to Shanghai, China for two persons.

Asiana Airlines

A lucky ticket holder will win a Journey to Korea travel package courtesy of Asiana Airlines and Hyatt Hotels in Korea. The package includes a flight to South Korea for one person and lavish hotel accommodations.

The event organizers are inviting amateur and professional golf players to grab the chance to win exciting raffle prizes during the banquet event.

“The banquet event is complimentary for registered players and costs $35 for non-golf playing guests,” Hyatt food and beverage director Tyrell Pauling said.

The 18th Club at the Hyatt Golf Classic tournament will have five categories: A Flight (Handicap 0-11), B Flight (Handicap 12-20), C Flight (Handicap 20+), Senior (Ages 55+) and Ladies (D. Peoria).

Tournament early bird rate is $100 for Club Elan and Club at the Hyatt members who paid before Nov. 13; $110 for Exclusive Club Elan and Club at the Hyatt members; and $120 fee per player for everybody else. Registration forms are available in all Hyatt Regency Saipan restaurants, Club Elan Fitness Center, front desk and at the LaoLao Bay Golf Resort.
