Budz Camacho, Dennis Cortez, JR Cadag started off the run with a bucket each while Leo Galarse led the pack with five including a triple to earn control.

I-Secure, on the other hand, struggled to get a rhythm going as only Dennis Calunsag and Sonny Lerio could penetrate inside putting up seven points together but needed more help trailing behind by eight points due to Ryan Odicta, Art Salazar and Rommel Usi finishing strong 17-9.

The second quarter was no different as Saipan Vegas continued to deliver.

Angelo Fernando stepped up firing six straight points with Galarse right by his side while keeping I-Secure on lockdown only producing seven points.

It was the second half of the action that I-Secure finally found their second wind. Riel Mercado ignited carrying the team with six points while Jun Osias, Raul Dolotina and Julius Balansag supported with a bucket each to try and make a comeback.

Despite I-Secure’s efforts, Saipan Vegas stayed on point scoring bucket after bucket to maintain the near 20 point lead ending in victory 64-47.

Chow Time 68, Geotesting 46

Chow Time took the other win of the day outscoring Geotesting 68-46.

Chow Time’s strong start gave them the edge thanks to Jonathan Broncano, Jess Pineda and Jomac Manzano’s quick trigger combining for 16 points at the first quarter.

Geotesting managed to slow down Chow Time’s production during the second quarter but struggled as well only putting eight points made by Rodel Morales, Nap and Alex Solis to remain behind 55-12.

Geotesting finally got things going when EJ Abejo stepped in scoring 10 points alone at the third canto but Chow Time’s combined output was enough to put them away early 68-46.
