When he was approached to compete, he thought he was crazy, especially because he grew up always being the skinny kid in school. The thought of someone seeing the potential in himself to body build was strange, but he took Morrison up on his coaching offer and never looked back.

Since then Monk as won many competitions. He was recently named Classic Physique Class C Champion in 2017 at NPC USA Bodybuilding Championships and International Federation Bodybuilding Pro Qualifier in Las Vegas. His success was backed up by was named Classic Physique Overall Champion at Jon Lindsay’s 2017 Patriots Challenge,  winning the Middleweight Division at the 2010 Michelob Ultra Bodybuilding and Fitness and took second place in 2011 and 2012.

In 2013 and 2016 he was Light Heavyweight Division champion at the event.

He was one of eight in the Classic Physique division to earn his pro card out of 70 competitors.

This extraordinary athlete will now bring his talent and experience to Saipan where Latte Built and Clayton will conduct a posing clinic to anyone who would like to learn stage presence and poses from an IFBB Pro. It will only cost $20 for both sessions and will prepare athletes for the upcoming 2018 Dee Clayton Classics Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships next month.
