The SLLBI met on Saturday with the coaches and managers to discuss the plan for the 2019 baseball season.

SLLBI President Mike Borja said it was the decided that the league will have to push through despite the devastation caused by Super Typhoon Yutu on the Francisco Tanko Palacios Baseball Field, the home for the junior and senior divisions, and the Miguel Basa Pangelinan Baseball Field the home for the major division.

Borja said the minor and the major division games will be held at the Capital Hill. He said they will have to do something to fix some portions of the ball field.

He said they plan to open the minor and major divisions games early next month.

Variety learned that there will be four teams vying for minor league title and possibly, seven in the major division.
