Ridin’ Darrty pounds Drunken Dragons for top spot in A division SEDA league

JONNY’S Ridin’ Darrty has taken last week’s top spot of the 2019 SEDA Bud Light Dart League A Division after showing a dominant performance over 6JMS Drunken Dragons 13-4 last Monday held at the 6JMS Sports Bar.

Ridin’ Darrty barely broke a sweat at first as they constantly hit the mark with ease. James, Charlie, Joey and June first bagged the 4-win sweep at the opening Singles Regular Cricket and kept moving forward as they teamed up in the Partners 701 match for two more wins putting them at a safe 6-0 lead.

Drunken Dragons finally got out of the offensive drought during the Singles Half-It match as they suddenly found their rhythm striking with a quick 4-win sweep of their own to reduce the gap back within two points.

Despite Drunken Dragons’ efforts, they were completely shut down afterwards. Ridin’ Darrty made sure they secured the win as they clipped the remaining three matches with ease to call it a night 13-4.

6JMS 101 Proofers still pose a threat as well sitting in second place with 42 wins after triumphing against 6JMS Hustlers 11-6.

101 Proofers did not have it easy as Hustlers stayed on their toes splitting the first three rounds evenly 5-5. However it was 101 Proofers that stepped up when it mattered most as Oro, Orly, Sam and Rolly joined hands to pull a 2-win sweep at the Partners Crazy Cricket match and snatch control 7-5. Their run seemed to have sparked the team’s momentum as they followed through with a 3-1 run at the following Singles 501 match and taking the final Team 1101 match to grasp the victory 11-6.

Last to join the celebration was Amari’s Scorpions who defeated 6JMS Mafia I 12-5.

After an even split at the opening Singles Regular Cricket match it was Scorpions that played aggressively and was awarded with the lead taking a 2-win sweep 4-2. Even with Mafia I putting up a fight, they were only able to put a dent in Scorpions defense before falling to defeat 12-5.
