Darty Minded remains on top of SEDA Thursday League

6JMS Darty Minded still sits on top of the food chain in the Thursday Division of the 2019 SEDA Bud Light Dart League after collecting their 285th win by defeating third-ranked Jonny’s Kyodai 9-6 on Thursday at the 6JMS Sports Bar.

Darty Minded started slow, losing the first two rounds to Kyodai’s Darwin Sablan and Allan Cabrera in the opening 301 match. But Darty Minded managed to recover to even the score 2-2. Teamwork was how Darty Minded shined as Toby Castro, Mike Dela Cruz, Kuling Villagomez and Ryan Manglona notched four consecutive wins in the next two partners matches to give their team a 6-2 lead.

Kyodai tried to stay alive, splitting the Singles Regular Cricket match and earning two more wins, but it was the best it could do before signing off, 6-9.

Jonny’s Parakeyu joined the winner’s circle after bringing down Uncle Mel’s Dartaholiks 11-4.

Parakeyu barely hit the brakes as the Dartaholiks could only score one win in the opening match. Parakeyu then bagged the next two matches before Dartaholiks stopped the bleeding by earning two more wins, but these were a mere bump in Parakeyu’s path to an 11-4 victory.

6JMS Rektify made the list as well by routing Jonny’s Real Deal 10-5.
