Blue Hauz simply dominated JSN, 92-62, in the 40 & Above Masters Division.

Blue Hauz players were quick on the trigger with Diaz firing the opening goal from behind the three-point line. Ehroll Peredo joined Diaz’s barrage with six points to put their team ahead, 23-17.

Blue Hauz maintained the safe distance throughout the second canto but JSN continued to fight.

Tabora stayed true to his roots attacking from midrange while Alipio mixed up the offense from beneath the rim with six points. However, their momentum started to die down during the third quarter with only eight points made while Blue Hauz exploded on the other side to widen the deficit. Peredo stayed efficient leading the run with 15 points while Santos and Esdrelon contributed 10 points to give Blue Hauz a 67-43 spread.

Tabora and Santos tried to give it one last push to keep JSN alive, but they could not stop the Blue Hauz assault as R. Peredo joined the scoreboard with eight points to end the game with a blowout Blue Hauz victory, 92-62.

Blue Eagles 104, Team Lakay 64

The Blue Eagles pummeled Team Lakay in the second game of the night.

The height of Blue Eagles players was more than enough to bring down Team Lakay as Manolo, Santos, Barbo and Lizama took over the post with back to back buckets. With the speed of Schmidt, they also had all the firepower needed as he grabbed a handful of steals and scored 15 points in the first quarter for a 25-10 Blue Eagles lead.

Team Lakay picked up the pace in the second quarter as Lumen and Reyes stepped up with six and four points, but they were nowhere to be seen in the third canto.

The Blue Eagles, for their part, never lost touch as Arcon found his stroke in the final quarter, leading the run with nine points while the rest of the roster joined the party by chipping in a shot each to end the night with a bang for the Blue Eagles, 104-64.
