It will bring together for the first time top golfers from Japan, Korea, China and the CNMI at the Kingfisher Golf Links on Oct. 28 and LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort’s East course on Oct. 29.

At stake are prizes for the Grand Champion of Double Peoria, Lowest Gross (first, second and third) winners for men and ladies, Double Peoria winners (first, second and third) each for Japanese, Korean, Chinese and CNMI participants. There will be prizes to be won for nearest to the pin on all the par 3’s and longest drive on both days.

The grand champion winner will get a free four-night/five-day stay at one of IPRH’s Grand Ocean suites that are expected to open late in 2018 and a round trip airfare to Saipan for two for overseas winners.

Country winners from Japan, Korea, China and the CNMI will get a three-night/four-day stay at the IPRH in a deluxe room with round trip ticket for two for overseas winners.

Adding to the excitement is $10,000 hole-in-one prize for both days sponsored by Pacifica Insurance. So possibly, two winners could walk away with $10,000 each.

Hyatt is sponsoring the tournament day-one lunch menu at Kingfisher with their top chefs and special menu as well as second place prizes for the country Winners.

Four winners will receive hotel stays of 3N/4D at their Regency Club Room at a value of $2,000 each.

Marianas International Cup is also very grateful of the donation from Tan Holdings who were the first ones to support the golf tournament, the organizers said. I love Saipan is also supporting the tournament to make sure that all players also leave happy and loving Saipan with gifts for friends and themselves.

Although not top sponsors individually, the ‘Tourism Sponsors’ collectively show the broad support of the small businesses in Saipan for the event and each and every one of them offers critical tourism services to ensure our tourists have the best time possible while visiting.
