Saipan Chamber of Commerce 2019 Golf Tournament

(Press Release) — You could be the lucky winner of $1,000 at the annual Saipan Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament this March.

The Chamber is looking to bring some fun to the golf course with a two-person scramble format. Men and women of different skill levels and talents all have a chance at some amazing cash prizes: first place - $1,000, second place - $700, and third place - $500 for each of the two categories: Team Gross and Team Double Peoria. There will also be cash prizes for closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, and accurate drive contests. In addition to these prizes, golfers will enjoy complimentary swag bags courtesy of our Chamber members as well as on-course snacks and refreshments.

The tournament is slated for Saturday, March 30, 2019. Showtime is at 6:00am with a shotgun start at 7:00am. The registration fee is $130/per person. Chamber members will enjoy a discounted fee of $120/ member. A banquet and raffle will immediately follow the close of the tournament.

Proceeds of the event are instrumental in supporting all of the Chamber’s current and future programs. Initiatives such as our scholarship program and professional development trainings as well as future initiatives around entrepreneurship and workforce development are integral to sustaining the private sector.

Fabulous raffle prizes have been donatedand tickets will be available for purchase during the awards banquet at the end of the tournament. Sponsorships and raffle prizes are currently being collected and we expect this will be the most exciting year yet. Registration forms for players are available for download at, at the Chamber office, and at LaoLao Bay Golf& Resort.

The Chamber is pleased to have the support of its generous members and looks forward to offering new programs to enhance the business community on Saipan in the upcoming year.
