The second checkpoint will be on Chalan Monsignor Guerrero, San Jose to Isa Drive, San Vicente from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The checkpoints aim to promote public safety while increasing the awareness of the dangers of not utilizing a vehicle occupant protection system as well as a child restraint system while driving on the islands roadways. DPS would like to remind the public to utilize the proper carseats when transporting children and to utilize seatbelts when driving or riding through the islands’ roadways.
