(Office of the Governor) — Following the adoption of Senate Joint Resolution 20-6, D1, HD1 last Friday, the 20th Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature has officially called for a joint session to receive the annual State of the Commonwealth Address from Gov. Ralph D.L.G. Torres on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the Gov. Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe, Saipan.
