(Office of the Governor-Homeland Security and Emergency Management) — Because Tropical Storm Mindulle (20w) continues to move away from the CNMI and no longer poses a threat, Gov. Ralph DLG Torres has issued the following condition as of 10 a.m. Friday:
All clear
Based on information received from the National Weather Service in Tiyan, Guam, Tropical Storm Mindulle is moving west-northwest.
The tropical storm warnings for Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan were canceled as of 8 a.m. Friday.
