Congratulations to McDonald’s new certified leaders!

ASIDE from promoting highly qualified individuals to run the day-to-day operation of the business, McDonald’s is supporting the development of its employees as leaders by providing them with continuous training. In addition, McDonald’s has created a good and healthy work environment that fosters leadership qualities among its employees.

The graduates of McDonald’s Customer Obsessed Workshop on Saipan pose for a photo. The training was conducted by the company’s in-house training coordinator, Majellyn Calceta, center, who flew in from Guam.  The workshop was all about learning to focus in creating a better customer experience. McDonald’s supports the development of its employees with continuous training to help them bring out their best!
