CNMI U18 Men’s National Soccer Team off to Guam

AFTER their female counterparts’ successful training  sessions on Guam, it is the CNMI U18 Men’s National Soccer Team’s turn to train there.

The players who will attend a  training camp that will run from July 26 to 30 are Aloyzeus Magno Angeles, Dev Ashok Bachani, Anthony John Nicolas Bergancia, Taka Horimoto Borja, John Ezekiel Dela Cruz Canape, Kaden Gregory Church, Jeremiah Jerome Hernandez Diaz, Kohtaro Sangel Goto, Ruben Antonio Cabrera Guerrero, Dane Villar Hodges, Akira Kadokura, Brian Mallari Lubao, Ariel Jacobus Narvaez Jr., Daniell Mar Jaylo Pablo, Reginald Aljo Ibia Pascual, Jason Senobio Quimzon, Andrew Barcinas Sablan, Richard Ramon Pico Steele, Rinto Takahashi, Markus Joaquin Attao Toves and Merrick Vicente Attao Toves.

Accompanying them are  head coach Michiteru Mita, coach Jershwin Angeles, assistant coach Martin Jambor and team manager Ronnel Ocanada.

On Monday, the team met with  Guam Football Association officials and then participated in a training session from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Their training match against the Guam U20 team was held Tuesday at 7 p.m. The game consisted of two 45-minute halves.

On Wednesday, the CNMI team will train from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

They will play a training match with two 45-minute halves against the Guam U17 team on Thursday.

 The CNMI team will return to Saipan on Friday.
