On Monday, K5 student Janice Aldan Tenorio surprised her Mt. Carmel School teacher Tracy Taimanao with a special present. She is the granddaughter of former Board of Education Chairwoman Janice Marie A. Tenorio, IT&E CNMI’s customer service and government relations manager.
