First lady Diann Torres, second lady Wella Palacios, and the Women’s Affairs Office awarded two women on Rota through the Recognition of Women in Music Program for their impact in the CNMI as musicians. Congratulations to Kaitlyn Balgoa and Tricia Manglona for your contributions to music throughout the Marianas! The awardees were also joined by Gov. Ralph Torres, Lt. Gov. Arnold Palacios, Rota Mayor Efraim Atalig, 2021 Miss Marianas Savannah Delos Santos, and countless other volunteers.
