IPI executive arrested for DUI

TAO Xing, Imperial Pacific International LLC vice president for public affairs, was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Xing’s  arraignment is scheduled for Thursday morning before Superior Court Presiding Judge Roberto C. Naraja.

No other details regarding the case were available as of press time Sunday.

For first offense, DUI is punishable by up to 72 hours’ imprisonment and a fine of $500 and suspension of the privilege to operate a motor vehicle for not less than 30 days but not more than six months.
