The program will be held at Mt. Carmel Cathedral in Susupe from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
“We are inviting volunteer performers, contest participants and most especially major sponsors so we could make this event not only possible but enjoyable and truly successful,” Yana said.
This year’s program includes a contest for best Christmas costume, a lantern contest, a Christmas singing contest for children 8 to 12 years, and a choral Christmas singing contest.
Yana said they will also volunteer performers as well as fun and games for children.
As in previous years, all Christmas lanterns will be displayed and lighted outside the cathedral.
The community is invited to take part in this family celebration, Yana said.
Paskong Pinoy 2010 will be celebrated in collaboration with the Philippine Consulate General, the Philippine Overseas Labor Organization and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration.
