The Island Apparels were able to keep their lead and distance from the Ol Aces in the third quarter. They worked together to garner a total of 20 points in the entire ten minutes to widen the gap made in the first half of the game. But the Ol Aces refused to go down without a fight.

It all came down to the last quarter of the game. The Ol Aces devised a strong defense line to keep the Island Apparels at bay in order for their offense tactics to pass through unscathed.

Junar Fernandez successfully bagged a jump shot followed by a charity shot from Eric Atalig to yank the lead from Island Apparel. Elias Rangamar jumped into the winning band wagon and bagged a couple of down town shots that really helped the Ol Aces get back on its feet.
