Sakura Marine Sports and the Boboys Marine Sports are the latest victims of the vandals.
Sakura operator Nahid Islam showed to Variety how his tent was repeatedly slashed.
The damage cost $180, he said.
Habib Rohaman of Boboys Marine Sports said when he arrived to report for work in the morning he discovered that their tent was also slashed.
“Money is not important because we can replace the tent but what is the motive of doing this? Why are they are doing it?” Rohaman said.
Other concessionaires in the area complain about trash, including cans and cigarette butts, deliberately left inside their tent.
“Sometimes our tables are displaced,” one concessionaire said.
Islam said he has reported the incident to the Department of Public Safety.
“I am hoping for an immediate investigation of this case,” he said, as he urged DPS to patrol the area during night time.
Variety learned that the area is a favorite “hangout” of people who like to drink at the beach at night.
The concessionaires usually close shop at 6 p.m.
Islam said he had to cancel the rides of 17 clients from Japan because of what happened to his tent.
That transaction was worth $2,015, he added.
