More than 2k worth of items stolen

According to the police report, Hiroshi Aquino, Japanese national, together with his Palauan friend Ptuch Abraham went to the Izakaya B’s Best, a Japanese restaurant in Ngerbeched to have dinner.

The two left their belongings inside the car but when they returned back they discovered that their stuff were all missing.

There was no forced of entry in the car. The victims believed that the car was unlocked when they left.

Some of the missing items include one orange bag worth $150; one laptop worth $2,200; one business file folder; planner book leather brown worth $200; and external drive memory, $250.

The items have a total of $2,800. The case is pending for further investigation.

In other news, a male Palauan called and reported to the police that one of the storage rooms of Palau Radio Station 87.9 in Meyuns was burglarized.

Based on the police investigation, an unknown suspect went to the storage and opened the padlock. Suspect then carted away 20 pieces of copper pipe elbow with the total amount of $1,000.

The case is under investigation.
