Camacho said all decisions approved by the current SHEFA board cannot be considered null and void.
Under Camacho, the SHEFA board decided not to renew the consultancy contracts of Torres’ Marianas Pacific Network and Sue Dris’ Dris Student Services that expired on Sept. 30. Each received $40,000 a year.
Torres maintains that Jose Leon Guerrero and John K. Tenorio are the only confirmed members of the board whose members are appointed by the Saipan mayor.
