Yet, political correctness is nothing more than mass stupidity. Political correctness has destroyed man’s ability to think correctly and do honest work and support their families with pride.
Washington did this to Americans on Guam after WWII under the useless guise of “national defense” totally unknown to the American taxpayers, but you are paying for everything.
Read the book, “We Fought the Navy and Won – Guam’s Quest for Democracy” by Doloris Cogan.
Since Guam is where America’s day begins, Guam could have and should be the beacon of democracy, economic freedoms, and justice in the middle of the Pacific for the world to see and follow.
Yet, Guam is where America’s corruption and mass stupidity begins for all the wrong reasons at all cost to the nation.
Neither of the two major political parties, local and federaal, has a credible vision for our economic future, health care, and wholesome environment.
The people must disallow the rampant greed. We must break away from short-term thinking and fragmented political contests centered on narrowly defined issues, mainly on winning an election at all cost.
American democracy and the market economy cannot function efficiently under excessive and overpowering government bureaucracies and the grip of Wall Street. Similarly, Guam cannot get off of welfare while at the same time continue to receive “hush money” under the guise of the phony “national defense.” The hush money only extends Guam’s hand to mouth existence, what, another 66 years?
I don’t want any extras; I want only our fundamental economic freedoms and justice restored, which should never have been denied in the first place. The people of Guam, under the U.S. flag, have longed for equality for 112 years.
Guam had a thriving economy and even survived the 32 months of brutal Japanese occupation in World War II without help from anyone. Today, without food stamps and subsidized housing many will die in just a few days.
This new military buildup at the cost of $26 billion is just as phony as the first military buildup after World War II.
The military economy only transformed Guam into a welfare state delivering neither trade nor security.
It’s hard to picture greed still running strong after 66 years. In reality, the political greed in Washington has created the hate-America sentiments, which finally brought the 9-11 attacks, the global economic chaos, the rising unemployment, the staggering federal deficit, and the mortgage foreclosures.
Americans, however, even after the fall of America will still be in denial and believing “too big to fall.”
Economic freedoms and justice on Guam will save American taxpayers billions of dollars.
Boys and girls, tell that to your representatives. Americans on Guam, by design, do not have a voice.
