One of the Museum’s new improvement plans is to build a new, comfortable outhouse to accommodate its growing number of visitors.
Belau National Museum has recently secured its collections for a new building constructed through support from Republic of China.
“Having its collections secured in a much improved environment, Belau National Museum is now available to expand its programs and anticipates serving more visitors,” Pia Morei, Director of Belau National Museum, said.
“Outdoor programs and activities require an outhouse for our visitors,” she added.
Morei sent a letter to Peter Tsao, General Manager of WCTC, to seek additional funding for the new project.
Fyke Elbelau, WCTC Personnel Manager, handed over the gift certificates to Morei.
