Rogolifoi was very satisfied with the outcome of the clinic, which attracted around 40 participants last Saturday. With his plan of continuing the weekly event, Rogolifoi also invites all interested baseball players, as well as those willing to learn baseball.
The baseball clinic provides numerous drills and lessons that enhance each player’s knowledge in the sport.
Accompanying Rogolifoi in conducting the clinic was Syl Ada. The players involved in each three hour session are separated in groups and are rotated according to the instructors at hand. While Rogolifoi lectured some players at the field last Saturday, Ada had another half of the group practicing at the batting cage near the field. Rogolifoi stated that three hour sessions each Saturday was barely enough time to hold the clinic.
League Baseball Inc. will be conducting its annual membership meeting this Saturday, Oct. 2, at the Minatchom Atdao Pavillion in Susupe. The meeting will start at nine and will include the president’s report, financial report, and the election of the new Board of Directors for the upcoming 2011 Little League Baseball season in its agenda. The clinic will immediately follow the meeting this Saturday, Rogolifoi said.
