Prahar and other officials from the national and state governments took a charter flight to Ulithi where they joined the chiefs of the atoll including the management and students of Outer Islands High School on Falalop to celebrate the completion of the new facilities.
Yesterday, Prahar had a full schedule.
He was scheduled to meet with numerous government officials, including the Yap legislators and Gov. Sebastian Anefal.
Prahar was also scheduled to visit Sgt. Steven Bayow’s gravesite in Gitam as well as check on the progress of the Early Childhood Education Center being built in Rull.
